We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Presto & Co. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided upon contacting our support team. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
